The Home Yoga evening class on Friday 2nd of November 2018 is cancelled due to the weekend yoga workshops I am leading near Warsaw till Sunday 4th of November.
See you again for the Home Yoga classes from Tuesday 6th of November 2018!
Home Yoga sessions are dedicated to students of all levels who prefer to practice
in a smaller group, benefitting from a more individual and personal approach of the instructor and allowing for more concentration. The sessions take place in a cozy studio at Puławska 24 B unit 37 which fits a maximum of 6 students. Small groups give the opportunity to focus on the right and precise adjustments of the body in the asanas, a deeper understanding of yoga and enable a more direct contact with the teacher, who is willing to answer all questions. Please note that since there are only 6 available spots, booking is necessary!
Yoga in Royal Łazienki Park in Warsaw (Joga w Łazienkach Królewskich) is free of admission and open to all. During summer time we practice mostly in the fresh air surrounded by the beautiful nature of Royal Łazienki Park. In winter we are practicing in the warm interior of Museum Łazkienki Królewskie. The yoga practice takes place on selected Sunday mornings at 10 am. Everyone should bring her/his own yoga mat and blanket/towel. The classes are mostly led in Polish. The Equanimus yoga sessions are taking place at Wilanów, the south district of Warsaw. The groups consist of about 8 to 12 students. The classes at 6.15 pm on Mondays and at 11 am on Fridays are for those who have at least 3 months of practice. The classes on Mondays at 8 pm are open to beginners and to those who need to ground themselves in the basic adjustments of yoga poses. Yoga classes are led in Polish or English, according to the needs.
