Yoga 

The life energy of the body in an asana should flow steadily, smoothly and undisturbed. What certainly blocks the energy flow is our physical body, but our thoughts, fears, our mental state may create even more resistance. The practice of asanas which unites the body, the breath and the mind becomes a great study of ourselves, of human nature and our potential to be at peace with ourselves and the world. Then our practice becomes true yoga and we can reach deeper into the yogic state of mind.

Mantra to Pata帽jali

It is the Mantra I chant every time before the yoga practice. Pata帽jali is the author of the first written work about yoga in theory and practice: The Yoga Sutras.
Reciting the prayer is a way to express my gratitude to all my teachers, their teachers and Pata帽jali the ancestor of all the yoga teachers. Yoga is a wisdom which can survive only by practicing it and sharing it with others. I am grateful to be one of the practitioners on the path of yogic education and self development and that I can inspire other people through my passion and pass it further between others.
