Yoga 

The life energy of the body in an asana should flow steadily, smoothly and undisturbed. What certainly blocks the energy flow is our physical body, but our thoughts, fears, our mental state may create even more resistance. The practice of asanas which unites the body, the breath and the mind becomes a great study of ourselves, of human nature and our potential to be at peace with ourselves and the world. Then our practice becomes true yoga and we can reach deeper into the yogic state of mind.
