RULES AND PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPATION IN YOGA CLASSES CONDUCTED BY DOROTA KOBOS YOGA & ART

  1. Dress code: wear an appropriate, comfortable and tight-fitted exercise outfit but make sure that your movements are not restricted.

  2. Avoid eating heavy meals minimum 2 to 3 hours before the yoga class.

  3. Make use of the bathroom and take care of personal hygiene before the class.

  4. We practice yoga barefoot (without shoes and without socks).

  5. The class lasts 1.5 hours, you are required to stay for the duration of the class as the classes are  comprehensive.

  6. Punctuality, concentration, mindfulness and kindness are required.

  7. Come 10-15 minutes before the class to consult with the teacher, to prepare a place in the room and to drink a cup of (herbal) tea.

  8. It is required to inform the teacher in case you feel unwell or if you suffer from health problems or if you are during your period.

  9. In case you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the start of the class, you will be charged.

  10. Turn off your mobile phone and leave your phone outside of the yoga room.

  11. Do not practice or attend a class under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 Studio Dorota Kobos Yoga & Art is not liable for damages resulting from accidents occurring during classes, this does not release Studio Dorota Kobos Yoga & Art from civil liability.
Participating in classes means that you accept and agree to adhere to the above-mentioned rules and principles.
