I warmly invite you to a one-day yoga workshop on November 2, 2025 at Home Yoga Studio, from 12:00 to 17:15.

🍁 The dark and misty beginning of November is a beautiful opportunity to find the inner light and warmth of yoga within ourselves. 💛 With mindful attention to the body, breath, empathy, and kindness, we will nurture and kindle that warmth together through the practice of ASANA, PRANAYAMA, and MEDITATION.
All this will take place in the intimate and inspiring atmosphere of Home Yoga Studio – a cozy practice space overlooking a park in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

🍁 Respecting our autumnal energy reserves, we will warm up the areas of the kidneys, lower back, abdomen, hips, and pelvis, allowing the inner warmth to reach the most distant parts of the body and stay with us long after the workshop.

🌞 WORKSHOP PLAN:
12:00–15:00 – Warming asana practice inspired by a selected Yoga Sutra, pranayama, and mantra meditation
15:00–15:30 – Pumpkin cream soup & warming herbal infusion
15:45–17:15 – Restorative practice ending with meditation accompanied by the sound of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs

All props are provided on site.
